A. No, it not just for couples. It is called "Co-Ed" because men and women are both welcome. Each students will need to register individually.
Q. Can I enroll in more than one class?
A. Yes, you are welcome to, but the same curriculum will be taught during each session.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Closed toe athletic shoes are recommended, and comfortable active wear. Nothing too restrictive that will affect your swing.
Q. Do I need clubs?
A. If you have clubs, we would recommend you bring them so you can get used to playing with the clubs you own. If you don't have any we can provide loaners. At minimum you will need a 7 iron, 5 wood, pitching wedge, and putter.
Q. Can I use the complementary driving range punch card at other times?
A. Yes, there is no restriction on the time or day to use the punch card. We encourage you to practice on your own between classes.
Q. Are there additional options for me to learn once the class is over?
A. Yes, your instructor will give you recommendations for continuing your golf learning. Either through additional class learning or other media.
Q. Can my kid enroll in this?
A. Yes, but primarily it is a class designed for beginner adults. The Summer Junior Academy is designed with more games and drills designed to keep youth engaged.
Q. Will be be playing out on the golf course during this class?
A. No, since this is a crash course we will be condensing the lessons to the fundamentals of stance, grip, swing and so forth, that we can work on at the driving range and practice green. If you want to spend more time on the course we would recommend you also buy a Discounted Punch Pass. We recommend the Club 99 program for beginner women.
