FAQ
Q. Does my team need to pre-register to participate
A. Yes. Only registered and fully paid teams will be included in the tournament. Food has to be pre-ordered and scorecards made ahead of times. It also makes checking in quicker.
Q. Is this a UGA event, are net scores going to be used?
A. No. This is a low gross team event without handicapping. We have two divisions and on-course contests to spread out the winnings and make it more fun.
Q. How does our team qualify for Co-Ed division?
A. You should have two men and two women playing on your team.
Q: Why can't I register more than two teams at a time?
A: Two teams are the maximum friends and family may book together. This is a community event that sells out every year and we try to be as fair as possible to spread out the opportunity to play.
Q. Do you have a waitlist?
A. Yes, after the event fills out, we will start a waitlist in case a last minute opening comes up.
Q. I was on the waitlist last year, but didn't make it in the tournament. Will I get consideration for this year's tournament?
A. Yes, we will contact the previous year's waitlist before opening the tournament up to the public.
