Event reservations at Crane Field Golf Course are on a first come first serve basis. Your Reservation is not confirmed until the entire booking deposit is received and this rental agreement is completed and signed.
The booking fee is non-refundable. If a booking is canceled there will be no reimbursement.
Full payment is due at least 90 days before the event date. A final receipt will be produced the day following the event with any property damages charged to your credit card on file.
Groups are responsible for their own preparations. Set-up time will be granted to the event organizer according to need. Guests and children may not arrive at the clubhouse before 4 p.m.
Credit card information must be included with this application to cover all damages incurred beyond normal wear.
Damage repair costs will be charged on the designated credit card.
Event organizer will assume liability for any damages done to the building including furniture, carpet, equipment, etc. and will leave the facility in satisfactory conditions (please monitor children closely).
Children must be supervised with a designated babysitter during the event. Event organizer will assume liability for all damages by children and guests.
Events must be cleaned up and the building vacated by designated time (no later than 10 p.m.) $50 credit card charge will be assessed for every half hour past 10 p.m. the event goes.
The clubhouse should be left clean and tidy, in the condition it was found. Garbage sacks should be put in dumpsters. Garbage sacks often leak and are not allowed across the carpeted areas.
Fire code does not permit smoking, candles, sparklers or open flames of any kind inside of the building. Smoke damage is costly and organizer will be responsible for repair costs. Fireworks around the clubhouse are not permitted.
Use of the clubhouse TV and audio players must be arranged with management before. Tampering with TV and video settings during event is not allowed.
Furniture, fixtures, and wall hangings may not be rearranged or removed. Any special arrangements of fixtures will be done by management before your event.
Decorations must be approved prior to use. Adhesives such as tape, stickers, vinyl or similar may not be used on walls or light fixtures. Glitter, confetti, rice, flower petals (used as confetti) or similar products are not allowed.
Clubhouse rental does not include use of the practice green or driving range. Damages from high heels and unsupervised children are costly and organizers will be responsible for repairs.
Events must comply with state laws including Utah alcohol laws and must comply with Crane Field Golf Course rules and regulations. Alcohol may be served by permission but may not be sold.
Groups may not charge an admission fee, sell tickets, or solicit donations at the facility without written permission.
In accordance to county health code the kitchen may only be used by licensed caterers under supervision of certified safety manager. Cooking is not allowed.

Pricing
All packages require a Non-Refundable Booking Fee of $100 in addition to package price and sales taxes. Also, a Clubhouse Policy Agreement must be signed to complete your reservation. Full payment is required at least 90 days in advance. All sales are final. Cancellations will be reimbursed in golf shop credits only.

FREQUENTLY ASKED WEDDING QUESTIONS
Q. What is included with my block reservation?
A. Every reservation includes tables, chairs, kitchen prep room, use of the audiovisual equipment, wifi, setup, takedown, easels, drapes, and golf cart for photos if needed. Our professional staff will also assist you along the way.
Q. Can I bring in outside catering?
A. Yes. You have the option to bring in outside caterer of your choice. Our facility is licensed by the state, an outside caterers must have food handling permits. With the exception of alcohol. You can order beer cans before hand from us. Liquor is not allowed on premise.
Q. What is your alcohol Policy?
A. We are a state licensed establishment, In order to serve beer you must buy from us, as required by state law. Liquor is not allowed on premise. (A wine or champaign bottle may be used for wedding ceremonial purposes with prior written consent. Contact us for more information.)
Q. What rooms do you have available to rent?
A. Depending on the dates available, we have a great hall at Crane Field for hosting wedding ceremonies and large moving receptions of up to 200 persons.
Q. Do you have a kitchen.
A. Yes, we have a preparation space with microwave, sink, freezer, refrigerator and counter space. We also have ice, and fountain drinks add-ons available. The kitchen does not have an oven, stove or any other cooking appliances.
Q. When is Crane Field Open to tour?
A. During the regular season, (when there is not snow on the ground) the clubhouse is open dawn to dusk every day of the week. Please contact us for an appointment to tour the building if we are closed for the winter.
Q. When is the clubhouse available to rent?
A. All year long, minus any days we already have events scheduled – such as golf tournaments or other weddings. Events must end by 10 PM.
Q. What’s your cancellation policy?
A. Due to the nature of popular wedding dates, there is no refund of money for cancelations or reschedules. All sales are final, in other words. If you need to cancel and already paid in full, we can issue you a Credit to use on future building rental or golf green fees if it is more than 60 days before the event.
Q. What kind of payment plans do you have?
A. Full payment of the deposit is required at booking. We can accept additional payments until 90 days before the event, at which time, full payment is required. Cash and most other forms of payment including credit cards and online payments are accepted.
Q. How do I finalize my booking to lock in my event date?
A. You can do most of the process online if you are ready to make full payment. You can also make credit card payments over the phone and in person at the clubhouse. If you need to make partial payments you will need to set up a schedule by phone or in-person.
Q. Can we leave things at the clubhouse overnight?
A. No, you should make arrangements to have all rental items and gifts removed at the end of your time block. We can not be responsible for items or vehicles left over or after your time block ends.
Q. Can we come early to decorate or drop things off?
A. Only during the time block you have rented. If you need extra time to decorate or set things up, you will need to rent extra time blocks. We will have the tables and chairs set up and ready for your flower suppliers and other helpers to decorate. Additional charges will be added to your credit card if there are early arrivals and/or late departures. (See Clubhouse Event Agreement.)
Q. What music and video/slide show options are included?
A. We have a large flat screen TV with HDMI hookups and a thumb drive port. The TV will play thumb drive slideshows if they are in JPG format in the parent file folder. (It will also play some MP4 video, but not all.) It is advisable to have a backup copy in a different format. It is recommended that you do a test run well in advance. The building has WI-FI, but we recommend a hard copy of whatever media you want to play. We have a microphone and amplifier for speaking.
Q. Are there restrictions on the type of decorations we can bring?
A. Yes, there are several. We do not allow holes or nails in the walls. Tape on the walls or on wood furniture is not permitted. To protect the building we do not allow certain things such as glitter, confetti, silly string, rice, burlap, sparklers, or any thing that make messy particles that won’t vacuum. Clinton City Fire Marshal does not allow candles, fireworks, or open flames.
Q. Does it have to be a wedding reception or I can book for other events?
A. Primarily we do large events including wedding ceremonies, receptions, anniversaries, celebration of life, tournaments, and so forth. Call for special rates for Senior groups over age 55.
Q. What other upgrades or services do you have available?
A. We can rent our soda fountain machine for dinners or refreshments. It dispenses 6 different Coke products including Sprite for punchbowl mixes. We also have name brand beer products. If you need suggestions we great list of ideas and vendors to help you. We have ice available and can get most Pepsi and Coke products.
Q. Where is the clubhouse exactly?
A. Crane Field is about 10 minutes west of Hill air force base. (From the aerospace museum entrance.) It has one large reception room and a preparation kitchen. If you haven’t seen it, stop by sometime the address is 3648 W Cranefield Rd, in Clinton Utah.
Q. Is there anything for children to do during the reception?
A. No. Children present a unique challenge during weddings. There is a lot of visiting going on, an children are often not watched and they tend to damage things. To prevent added expense we recommend assigning a baby sitter with activities for children to do. Children are not allowed to be unsupervised on the driving range or the practice green.
